Types of Submission

Authors are invited to submit the following types of papers or videos written in English.

  • Regular Paper (3 to 6 pages)
  • Work-in-progress paper (2 pages)
  • Video paper (video file and 1 page extended abstract)

Accepted papers will be published in the URAI 2011 Proceedings that will be included in the IEEE Xplore and EI Compendex. If authors have problems in submission through the website, please feel free to contact the secretariat,, or (Fax) +82-2-783-0307, or (Phone) +82-2-783-0306.

  • Jun. 26, 2011July. 20, 2011 : Submission of organized session proposals
  • Jun. 30, 2011July. 25, 2011 : Submission of papers
  • July 31, 2011 : Proposals for tutorials/workshops
  • Aug. 31, 2011 : Notification of acceptance
  • Sep. 30, 2011 Oct. 14, 2011 : Submission of final camera-ready papers
